Summary

Software and AI leader with 20+ years of experience across startups and product companies, from enterprise Java and IoT analytics to LLM-based APIs and agentic AI. My last corporate roles were Head of Software Engineering & Global Delivery at OneVector, where I led the first MVP of an agentic-AI pharmacovigilance chatbot on AWS, and Assistant Vice President, Research Engineering at BUDDI AI, where I productised AI research into APIs and scaled the R&D team to 60+.

Since 2025 I have run Awailable Online, an independent consultancy building practical automation, AI tools and staff training for hospitals, clinics, colleges and manufacturers. I deliver with AI code agents such as Claude, using an architecture-first workflow that keeps quality high and delivery fast. I enjoy building teams and turning freshers into industry-ready engineers, and I am keen to guest lecture at colleges and institutes.

Teaching & mentoring

  • Built engineering teams and hired freshers straight out of college, then mentored them into industry-ready engineers.
  • Interested in guest and visiting lectures at colleges and institutes on software engineering practices, AI agents and AI-assisted development.
  • Train clinic staff on digital tools and AI-assisted workflows as part of consulting engagements.
